Welcome to Jack McIsaac's World

My name is Lisa and I am an Employer Development/Events and Marketing Coordinator at a university. When I first started working in the field about 15 years ago, I distinctly remember students coming to our office dressed to the "nines" ready to be briefed or interviewed by employers wanting to hire them.  Over the last 5 years however, there has been a dramatic shift in how many students we actually "see" coming into the office to meet employers. We used to have job boards that were located in the office that students had to physically come in to view, to moving to online job boards and now with the introduction of social media more students are networking and looking for work through Facebook, LinkedIn etc. In order to continue to connect with our students and to inform them about career opportunities we created our own Facebook page, Jack McIsaac.  Welcome to Jack McIsaac's World!
